Once you decide you want to hunt with us, we require a 50% deposit to hold the hunt or 25% deposit if it is more then a year out. Once we have received the deposit we will send you a hunt contract and required paperwork that we will need, along with an itinerary and gear list. Then you can start planning your hunt of a lifetime!

Deposits are non refundable. We will look at each scenario on a case by case basis. One option we may consider is rolling your hunt forward to a consecutive year.

Yes we recommend trip cancelation insurance along with Medical insurance. We have partnered with Global Rescue and recommend that all of our guests purchase travel insurance to cover trip cancelation, medical emergencies, field evacuation, emergency assistance and travel delays.

Your commercial flying destination is Whitehorse, YK.

To get there you will fly through either Calgary, Alberta or Vancouver, British Columbia and the carrier from there will be either Air North or Air Canada. There are direct flights from both Calgary and Vancouver to Whitehorse on both of these carriers.

From Whitehorse we use an air charter company to deliver you directly to one of our main camps in Northern B.C. You will want to arrive in Whitehorse at least one day before your flight is scheduled into camp, however two days is recommended in case your bags get delayed during the course of your travels.

You will clear customs in either Calgary or Vancouver, your point of entry into Canada. You will need to declare your firearm at this time with a Non Resident Firearm Declaration Form which can be found here:

Yes, but it will require an extra charter flight for which you will be responsible for the associated costs.

Wounded animals are considered harvested animals. If you draw blood, that is your animal. We will make our best effort to try and recover the animal if possible. A wounded animal will thus constitute a trophy fee if this is applicable. Ultimately it is the hunters decision to take the shot. Only take shots that you are comfortable with.

If you drive up to the hunting area you are welcome and able to take the meat home. If you fly up you will not be able to take the meat home. The meat will either be used in camp or taken into Telegraph Creek and dispersed through the community so it can all be utilized.

We will keep all the animals until the end of the fall. We will take them to get the required inspection. We use Brian Kadrmas of Dakota Taxidermy as an expediter. He will take your trophy and get it across the border and have it shipped to you or your taxidermist or he can mount it for you as he is a world class taxidermist.
